1.What this covers

This policy explains what d2cebl.com collects when you visit it or contact us, and what happens to that information. The website is run by Nicolaus Inc, dba D2CEBL, in Tampa, Florida.

2.What we collect

What you send us.

Whatever you put in the contact form: your name, your email address, optionally your business, and the message itself. Please do not include sensitive details, such as account numbers or health information.

What Google Analytics collects.

The pages you visit and the page you came from, your approximate location (down to city), and your browser and device type. It keeps a random ID in two cookies, _ga and _ga_GL97ZPSMBR, which last up to 2 years unless your browser deletes them sooner. Your browser also sends Google your IP address. Google uses it to estimate your location and says it does not store it. When you send the contact form, Analytics records that a message was sent, but nothing you typed.

Google signals.

We have Google signals turned on. For visitors signed in to a Google account with ad personalization on, Google adds information such as age range and interests, and can link visits across devices. We see this only as totals, never as a person.

What the server logs.

Our web server records each request: your IP address, the time, the page requested, the page you came from and your browser.

3.What we do with it

We use what you send to reply. Nothing else. We use Google Analytics and the server logs to see how the website is used and to keep it running and secure. We do not sell your information.

4.Who else receives it

Formspree

delivers the contact form. It receives what you send, plus your IP address, browser type and the page you sent it from, and stores submissions in the United States. See Formspree’s privacy policy.

Google

runs Google Analytics. Google may use this information to provide and improve its services, and may collect information about your activity on other websites that use them. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

hosts our web server.

5.How long we keep it

Your message.

In our email, as long as needed to reply and keep a record of the conversation. Formspree keeps its copy for 30 days.

Analytics.

Google Analytics deletes data tied to your cookie ID 14 months after your last visit. Totals that identify no one are kept longer.

Server logs.

14 days.

6.Your choices

Opting out of Google Analytics.

Install Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or block or delete cookies in your browser. Turning off ad personalization in Google’s My Ad Center also keeps your data out of Google signals.

Do Not Track.

The website does not respond to Do Not Track signals, and neither does Google Analytics. The add-on and cookie settings above do work.

Your message.

To see, correct or delete a message you sent us, email us, and we will delete it from Formspree and from our email. Google Analytics data is tied to a cookie ID, not to your name or email, so we can’t look it up from a request.
