The problem is that, as you can see right below, GTM was't able to find your GTM tag installed on the website, because you installed Calendly with a link directing to calendly.com domain. Your user behavior tracking ends there since your GTM isn't on calendly.com domain, even though the accont is yours.
Calendly provides several different ways to install their booking page on your website. I normally recommend Embed Code option, which leaves your customer on your website while booking a meeting with you:
Calendly > Event Types > Share > Add to website > Inline Embed > Continue > Embed Code > Copy Code
Once you have the code, have your programmers install it on one of your webpages. Then all you have to do is follow standard Calendly tracking procedure to start tracking it.
